The construction of the new Torre Parko in Saronno, completed in 2026, represents a major residential development of significant urban relevance, with a total volume of 75,000 m³. Located in the heart of the city, the tower is set to become a new landmark for the area, redefining the skyline of the municipality in the province of Varese. Designed by Park Associati, the project features a building approximately 74 metres tall, situated just a few steps from the railway station and the historic centre, ensuring a strong connection with the city’s main urban hubs.
Torre Parko, a residence suspended between sky and park
A 74 metre residential tower integrated into an urban park, defined by dynamic volumes and semi-prefabricated structural façade walls designed to ensure rapid construction and high quality execution.
The tower is positioned within a large public park conceived as a green system that seamlessly connects the residential development with the surrounding urban fabric. From an architectural perspective, the volumes are articulated through a calibrated alternation of solids and voids, generating a sense of dynamism and lightness that defines the tower’s identity.
Torre Parko is therefore conceived as a contemporary and recognisable intervention, capable of integrating living spaces, landscape and urban identity into a single project that will redefine the character of Saronno.
To accelerate construction timelines, a semi-prefabricated system was adopted for the façade walls, which assumed not only an architectural and aesthetic role but also a structural one. This approach enabled faster on site operations, reduced construction costs and ensured a higher and more consistent level of final quality.
